Dreamwork review (2026): what it sends and what it costs
Dreamwork (our publisher) is an AI job search agent that ranks live roles against your resume, writes a tailored resume, cover letter and answers for each, and submits to the employer's application system on a paid plan. Paper Trail ranks Dreamwork No. 2 of 6: best for tailored applications on employer forms that you can check first. One Dreamwork application costs $0.66 to $0.78 on the plans we priced.
Pick Dreamwork if you want each application written for the role and sent to the employer's own form, and you want to read it first or limit Autopilot to strong matches. Look elsewhere if your search is mostly outside tech or runs on LinkedIn referrals.

Dreamwork pros and cons
What Dreamwork does well
- Tailored resume, cover letter and screening answers are in the base price, not add-ons
- Review first lets you read each application before it is sent
- Autopilot only sends above a minimum match score you set, and pauses with one tap
- The free plan writes tailored materials for 5 jobs a day, so you can judge the writing before paying
- Employers cannot pay for placement, and there are no ads
Where Dreamwork falls short
- 50 applications a month is a low ceiling next to volume tools
- Listing coverage is thinner outside tech
- Submitting needs a paid plan; Free writes the materials but you send them
- No refunds for partly used periods once the trial ends
- Published by the same company as this site, so weigh our pick with that in mind
